It all went down when a Lake County Sheriff’s deputy said he clocked Ramos-Erazo doing 75 mph in a 55 mph zone on Thursday. Once the officer pulled him over, the alleged speeder said he was in a hurry because his No. 1 priority was finding a bathroom.
According to the police report, Ramos-Erazo refused to get out of the car, took off and was chased by police all the way to his home. Police say he then ran, but not before he was shot with a Taser and arrested by police.
He then was put in the back of the squad car where he defecated in the police car, according to the arrest report.
He has been charged with aggravated assault and resisting with and without violence. He was released from jail after posting $18,000 bond.
