When Sarah Palin thrust herself back into a presidential campaign on Tuesday with her endorsement of Donald Trump, she also gave the Internet plenty of new clips to pass around, and now you can watch it all in the form of a “Hee Haw” remix.

It’s insanely entertaining.

The remix alternates between Palin and clips from the country music variety show “Hee Haw,” which is a move we can only suspect Stephen Colbert would approve of.

The magic comes to us from a YouTube user who goes by the name Tronovitch, who told Beatport that it took him about five hours to put together the piece.

But why do it in the first place?

“I just felt the Trump and Palin duo would be best fitted with a proper hoedown vibe,” he told Beatport. “Palin is just so fantastically right wing that it was kind of a no-brainer for her to bring the ‘country’ vibes. I suppose Trump is the ‘electronic’ counterpart, but ultimately his campaign just needed a solid club track. I hope Trump picks her as his VP so this one can go far, but I’m scared sh–less for this nation if they actually win the White House.”

It should be noted that Trump pretty much dodged the question on NBC’s “Today” show on whether or not he’d consider her as his running mate, saying that he didn’t “think it would be something that she would want to do.”

For now, enjoy the remix, which Tronovitch said has resulted in him getting hate mail.
