The same artist that brought us this insanely detailed James Harden tattoo is now working on his latest piece of art – a Michael Jordan championship cigar tat.
Steve Butcher, the New Zealand man behind the tattoos, recently posted these photos to his Instagram page.
According to the post, the man getting the Jordan tattoo temporarily tapped out after making it this far. It’s hard to blame him. Getting a tat that large in that spot can’t feel good.
Butcher added that they’ll resume work in a couple weeks.
This isn’t the first time Butcher has done a portrait of an NBA legend. Check out the Kobe Bryant tattoo he illustrated last year.
