Selena fans are calling on Mattel to release a Barbie in the late singer’s likeness.

Barbie has been going through a lot of changes lately. Late last month, Mattel announced a new line of dolls that come in tall, curvy and petite models with a range of skin tones and hair types. The company also recently released a lesbian Barbie, in the likeness of U.S. women’s national soccer Abby Wambach.

In a petition, Remy Ocampo asks the company to continue their progress with diversity by adding a Selena Quintanilla doll.

“As a huge Selena fan and Barbie collector, we want Mattel to create an official Selena doll in her likeness,” Ocampo wrote. “There has yet to be any curvy Hispanic barbie dolls in any Barbie line and we think Selena is a perfect candidate for that kind of representation.”

As of Friday morning, the petition had raised over 4,000 signatures, a few hundred short of their 5,000 goal.

Selena, the Queen of Tejano music, died in 1995, but she continues to be a cultural influencer. Last year, MAC Cosmetics announced that it would be producing a Selena Quintanilla collection, to be available in the second half of 2016. Her family is reportedly in the works to create a lifelike hologram of Selena that would be able to go on tour.
